Official Bio

Chealsea Wierbonski is a keynote speaker, digital course creator, and coach who helps women break the patterns that keep them small so they can lead bigger, build what matters, and rise into the next level of their career or business.

With 3 decades of experience working in the technology industry across New York City and Silicon Valley, Chealsea has held leadership roles at companies including Google, DoubleClick, and McAfee. Over the past 15 years at Google, she has led product teams and driven high-impact initiatives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Originally from West Virginia, Chealsea graduated Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Philosophy and a specialization in African American Studies. As the daughter of a coal miner and a first-generation college graduate, she understands firsthand the pressure many women carry to prove themselves in competitive and male-dominated industries.

Chealsea began her career as a technical writer before transitioning into UX design and eventually product management, building products, teams, and internal businesses over the course of three decades in tech. Along the way, she began to see a pattern: even the most capable women often hold themselves back in critical moments—shrinking their ideas, over-proving their value, or waiting for permission before moving bigger.

That insight became the foundation of her work.

Today, Chealsea helps women shift the invisible patterns that shape how they show up at work and in business, so they can be recognized for their contributions, take bigger opportunities, and expand into what’s next with unapologetically and without fear.

Through her keynote speaking, coaching programs, and courses, she equips women with the tools to move beyond over-proving, over-functioning, and self-doubt and into leadership, visibility, and next-level growth.

Chealsea has spoken at leading industry conferences and organizations, including the Grace Hopper Celebration, Girl Geek's ELEVATE Conference, RockIT Women In Tech Conference, AdMonsters, and Columbia University, and has facilitated workshops for organizations such as She Runs It and Sotheby’s International Realty.

She has also been featured in conversations and fireside chats at companies including Google and Sailthru.

In 2023, she returned to West Virginia University to deliver a keynote on her journey from first-generation college student in Appalachia to senior product leader at Google.

More recently, she served as MC for ProductCon in New York City—the world’s largest product management conference.
